“For new potential tenants - They will give you parking on the top floor and will not disclose their plan until you sign the contract. The approach road to the parking floors is narrow and you will surely scratch your car. The Management will take days to respond to you request and will then come up with a negative response. Caution: Insist to know your parking spot before signing any contract here”

“It’s a very neat and clean building without any odour or filth we see in other buildings. The management takes good care. It has a swimming pool and gym and ample parking.”
