“Extremely poor management and hostile renting experience. This building is managed in a completely unprofessional manner. Tenant complaints are ignored, and the manager refuses to face or speak to tenants, even when serious issues are reported. We have an ongoing problem yet management deliberately refuses. no proper inspection is done, and follow-ups are simply ignored. Instead of resolving problems, management makes excuses and avoids responsibility. To make matters worse, the landlord shouts at tenants instead of addressing concerns, creating a stressful and intimidating environment. This is not acceptable behavior and shows a total lack of respect for tenants. There is no accountability,…”

“CALLING THE ATTENTION OF HAMMAD ALSHAMSI OWNER. I WONDER WHY YOU KEEP THE SAME GUY AS YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER? HE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THREATENING PEOPLE THAT HE CAN INCREASE RENT BECAUSE FLATS ARE SHARED WITH OTHER FAMILIES. FIRST OF ALL, ITS NOT STIPULATED IN THE CONTRACT THAT SHARING ISNT ALLOWED. SECOND, HE TURNS OFF AC OF ALMOST ALL FLATS HERE FOR NO VALID REASON. PEOPLE ARE PAYING ON TIME. PEOPLE GETTING SICK. 🤢 T DONT RENT HERE! ITS A NICE BUILDING BUT AVOID HEADACHE UNTIL THIS GUY IS REMOVED.”

“Manager Magdi is extremely rude and unprofessional, it’s hard to tell if he has any education or manners. I spoke to him calmly and respectfully, as my family and other tenants confirm his complete lack of respect. The building’s service is terrible: *Rules are suddenly enforced without notice. *Leaving tenants unaware of any supposed violations. * Essential services like the chiller (since the building chiller is free) they can be turned off at the main switch without explanation. *Emails, calls, and office visits are ignored. May the building owners should take this seriously, as the management clearly mistreats tenants.”

“Very poor management!! Especially Magdi. They turned off our AC without prior notice and we have a baby in the apartment. We went to their office and that guy didn’t come out to talk. Almost 3 weeks without AC!! I see many people here had bad reviews on him.”

“Manager magdi is the rudest person ruiming the reputation of the building. I will go to police next time he rise his voice on me . I just asked for lights which stopped working after constant flickering, he was barking like a dog on the phone”

“I have been a tenant for 3 years, I didn't expects they will delay my security deposit (now more than 4 months) with not answering calls, Good building but had to move out as every year there is increase and too high when considering additional charges they charge in term on Maintenance,Chiller,Parking, and on Gas maintenance.”

“I think i made a good choice when I selected Al Shamsi Building for me and my family. Everything is accessible from grocery store, mall, restaurants, clinics and play area for my kids. Moreover, i felt safe and comfortable with my neighborhood and the staff such as security and maintenance team are very helpful which is highly recommended if you are looking for a place to live for your family and friends.”
