“I don’t advice anyone to rent the apartments there .. unfortunately I have dealt with unprofessional agent and unpleasant management.. what happened is that I told the agent my budget and he offered me an apartment in S residence with beyond my budget but he promised me that it is negotiable and he will give me the best price .. my fiance and I went to the apartment and we liked it .. so we went the next day to book it and to pay deposit but he stayed with the same price, he didn’t reduce anything and he was un respectful as he talked to us in a rude way saying “ if you don’t want it then leave it”. At that moment we decided to visit the management which we expected to be better in communica…”

“I don’t advice anyone to rent the apartments there .. unfortunately I have dealt with unprofessional agent and unpleasant management.. what happened is that I told the agent my budget and he offered me an apartment in S residence with beyond my budget but he promised me that it is negotiable and he will give me the best price .. my fiance and I went to the apartment and we liked it .. so we went the next day to book it and to pay deposit but he stayed with the same price, he didn’t reduce anything and he was un respectful as he talked to us in a rude way saying “ if you don’t want it then leave it”. At that moment we decided to visit the management which we expected to be better in communication and would help us but unfortunately they were unreliable and uncommunicative. They didn’t help us at all and they treated us in a rude way, explaining that nothing will change. So literally my fiance and I wasted two days for nothing but rudeness. I hope the owner can see my message and do something because the apartments deserve much more reliability than this management.”

“I recently had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with the management and agent team of S Residence After viewing an apartment, I clearly communicated our budget to the agent team. They confirmed that it was acceptable and encouraged us to proceed. We liked the apartment and even began planning our furniture layout based on the space. However, when we returned the next day to book the unit, we encountered several issues. The agent we met was unable to communicate clearly or professionally, and to our surprise, the price had suddenly increased without any prior notice or explanation. We then approached the management directly, hoping for clarity and a professional resolution. Unfortunately, the situation only worsened. The management team showed a lack of basic customer service skills, displayed little concern for our situation, and once again increased the price without justification. Their attitude felt careless and dismissive. This has been one of the most unprofessional real estate experiences I’ve encountered, and I felt it was important to bring it to your attention. I sincerely hope this feedback reaches the owner .”

“The studio flat here is too small. Not worth for the rent they charge. Untidy corridor, non working gym, dirty swimming pool doesn't add any value. There are many better places with low rent is available at DSO.”
