What one reviewer said

“This building is a hidden gem in silicon oasis. They have very good maintainance team, and management team. I can see them always doing something through out the year: parking place, check the fire blanket, clean the window, check the AC, check the electricity box…etc. Common area like corridor is cleaned daily. Pool is at top floor, nice and tidy at any moment even during those dreary days (Covid and war ) when very few people visit. The pool is shaded and ventilated unlike other buildings nearby where the pool is completely exposed to the sun. Children pool is separated by barrier from the normal one, which is safe for families with young kids. The agent who deal with rental is Driven Pro…”

Children pool is separated by barrier from the normal one, which is safe for families with young kids. The agent who deal with rental is Driven Property and it is a very reliable company. I remember that before handover the flat, the agent lady who came to inspect the flat and reported to me that few things needed be fixed and she did fix everything properly. I have been here for few years already. There were small issues sometimes but none stops me liking the building. It’s like my home now and I am not planning to leave soon. I hope the new movers who resident here can respect the rule and notice, not leaving garbage bag right behind the garbage door and maintain the good vibes here. It is a great building, we should respect and appreciate the effort from and landlord and management.”

“Good maintanance, and the rooms are big, however, no exceptions of the two months penalty if you left before the contract finish even if residency canceled, as my case.”

“Well serviced & maintained well. Barely had pest issues. There used to be a ladies only gym which was closed & it’s now one gym so it was a disappointment. Overall it was good living here.”
