“Lived there one year contract. It all started fine we were told everything and guided well. Mrs Rania was our agent after a situation I'll write later she just started ignoring messages and even be condescending. We asked to find a solution with a neighbor's kid who was screaming(not crying) all day long... She was like "it's the kids what i can do" and so on so forth. So I had to come up with the solution and feed it to them and even that wasn't enough. We had to insist on installing a sound-proof rubber. After that case they began ignoring us. The building itself is old, maintenance team barely spoke English had to use sign language to explain what to do. There are many constraining rules…”

“Lived there one year contract. It all started fine we were told everything and guided well. So I had to come up with the solution and feed it to them and even that wasn't enough. We had to insist on installing a sound-proof rubber. After that case they began ignoring us. The building itself is old, maintenance team barely spoke English had to use sign language to explain what to do. There are many constraining rules like no way of moving in/out things if it's after 6PM or a holiday. Security guys are cool, chill over there I do really thankful for their help throughout my time there. Audibility in the building is terrible as well as ventilation 'cause you can smell someone's smoking in a neighboring flat. Bottom line is that the building is fine for its money, but the agent Mrs Rania might turn a blind eye on you once you paid and attitude to you might change drastically. At the end they deducted money from our security deposit for a barrier remote that we weren't even given 'cause we didn't have a car.”

“We saw apartment there for rent The security was very polite but rania the agent was not helpful and she was aggressive in her discussion Had a bad experience while i was chatting with her.”

“Only and the major issue is, if someone is smoking anywhere in the building (which many are) apartments, others will get the smell through the centralised ac. Since the vents shares the air, no way it can be rectified. We are passive smokers, with risk of lung cancer.”
