They painted the garage floor with plastic paint, so now when it rains it takes several days to dry out, resulting in strong humidity smells.
And worst of all, they charge more that twice as much for AC as DEWA , and they don't provide proof of the astronomical amounts they…”

“Bildung is just decaying after owner change. Everything is broken and cockroaches everywhere! Prices are increased and service is just very bad in every regard. Also they got rid of the laundry rooms and want you to put a washing machine in a super small bathroom and gym closed as well, hygiene and cleanliness is non existent. We are looking for other places and want to warn people about this place before leaving.”

“To be fair, the new management Al Manal has improved their services, I could see a much better service compared to last year.
Edit: I’m wrong! This is the worst management ever in this building. The vue is not worth the quality. Everyday I wake up to cockroaches in the corridor and I notified the management and security several times but no one seems to bother.”

They painted the garage floor with plastic paint, so now when it rains it takes several days to dry out, resulting in strong humidity smells.
And worst of all, they charge more that twice as much for AC as DEWA , and they don't provide proof of the astronomical amounts they claim. Ramping up the total supposed kWh, and charging them at 0.50Aed rather than 0.23. that's 400 dirhams for a 184 bill anywhere else!!
The security guards, if you manage to see them at their post, will be just playing candy crush and won't bother looking at people coming in.
Lately, groups of men sit at the entrance stairs after sunset. Not uncommon to see them in groups around the entrance of the building.
I have many many more pictures of these issues and more.
EDIT: There are negative reviews being flagged down and removed that don't show up anymore. I guess mine couldn't be removed, so I got asked to go talk "on a more appropriate level".”

“And another building goes down due to owner change. I was always happy with the previous management, it was friendly, issues were resolved quickly and the building was maintained at a very high standard. Ever since the owner has changed, the building is just simply degrading all across the board. You will find cockroaches, poorly done repairs as its very evident the management is just picking the lowest of the lowest to save costs. They re actively trying to gouge money out of residents. First, they re overcharging for AC while the previous contracts were chiller free. Then they increase rents by staggering amounts. New management is slow and works with old and outdated non flexible procedures making any kind of inquiry an absolute nightmare. Why does this building need a full army of security guards who dont even properly check who leaves and enters this building? Its all so excessive and unfortunately they re just trying to extract as much money out of residents as they can. Its like they took a well serviced product and just made it trash. It seems to be a trend for local companies here unfortunately. The previous Omani owner was very reliable and the management was just on the first floor who were friendly and did their best to resolve any issues. I dont think I will be renewing my contract. It was once a really nice place with scented hallways and now its just a really cheap and money gouging real estate.”

“One star is too much to rate their management, we should have -2 stars! The management doesn’t answer and doesn’t care about your well being. On top of that, I don’t feel safe anymore here, since I saw the reception unattended several times during the night and so many people come and go inside the building. Last but not the least: me and my wife have been billed extra charges because of the AC. They ask for proves via email but never come back to you with any solution. My suggestion: spend your worth money somewhere else (I hope you can read this comment before they delete it again)”

“The worst management ever, they will try to milk your money to the maximum , very bad building, no gym equipments, no visitor car parking, no proper kitchen (only pantry), no space for microwave, no space for washing machine (they will convince you to use the washing machine inside the bathroom((which no space))), no space for dishwasher, small size bathrooms, and they will charge you rent amount
like 5 stars buildings, that's really not good
now they will charge you same like empower for the AC be careful , DEWA and AC bills will come like 1000 aed

“There are no cockroaches in the apartments, and the building is very clean, but management only thinks about money. When it comes to deduction, they will enforce it. When it comes to maintenance that they are required to do, if very expensive, they come with the ‘Victim’ narrative.
Management never enforced mask mandate during COVID 19, never enforced people with loud music to lower it, and never enforced the ‘strictly pets not allowed’, resulting in dogs barking at 3am. They never enforced people driving in the wrong direction inside the parking. They never enforced people violating minimum coexistence rules.
But when it comes to sell your items, they well enforced their ‘Gate Pass’. If you want to find out, please visit them. They will certainly deduct you for a bulb, no matter how wonderful and how quiet and how perfect tenant you were. Money rules ASB Tower.”
