“An architectural masterpiece on SZR It's not every day you get to visit a building that holds a Guinness World Record for the world's largest vertical maze! The natural Brazilian stone facade looks breathtaking up close. Inside, the building is highly functional with a great mix of premium office spaces and residential units. The central location right on Sheikh Zayed Road makes commuting seamless, though traffic during rush hour requires some patience. A must-see even just for the design!”

“I would like to clarify my experience today with *Mehak Mahajan*. This was not the first time I encountered aggressive and arrogant behavior from the concierge. The interaction was unnecessarily confrontational, and I felt as though I was being treated as if I did not have legitimate access to the building, despite visiting for professional healthcare services. As a healthcare professional attending patients, mutual respect and basic courtesy are essential. Unfortunately, the attitude displayed made the environment uncomfortable and unprofessional. A concierge’s role is to assist and manage entry respectfully, not to create conflict or behave as if the premises are under personal authority. I hope building management addresses this concern seriously and ensures that visitors and professionals are treated with professionalism and respect in the future.”

“We had a very disappointing experience at the reception area. The Filipina receptionist on the ground floor lacked basic courtesy in greeting customers and did not display professional behavior when dealing with visitors. We were there to collect a router from Rostamani and requested an access card, but she responded with a rude demeanor and abruptly placed the access card on the desk without any consideration. Her attitude was quite upsetting and left a negative impression on us.”

“The house is of poor quality. I do not recommend renting an apartment here! I really regret that I did not read the reviews before going through with the deal. Terrible attitude and a higher bill. On the day of the deal, we spent three hours waiting and in the end we were told that the cost of our apartment was 10,000 aed higher. We left and thank God! Friends, do not rent an apartment here under any circumstances. This is a terrible place and disgusting service. On the day of the deal, they made us wait 3 hours and then told us that our apartment costs 10,000 aed more. We had to leave.”

“Low quality building - do not recommend renting apartment here: 1) Unprofessional security staff, who act rudely and treat helpers and delivery drivers very poorly. It is a common problem as made clear by other reviews. 2) Unhelpful management who are non-responsive and seem to deliberately be difficult. Getting the most basic assistance is a struggle. Very strange attitude from management who you would think would be keen to assist tenants and ensure repeat occupancy. 3) low quality gym - old and dirty and the equipment and layout is terrible. 4) Old, small pool surrounded by concrete. 5) parking for residents is on the top floor of the parking building and takes 15 minutes to get up and down. The floors below are almost always empty. Management does nothing to help. 6) silly rules like no outside furniture and no drying clothes outside to preserve the optics of the building - acting as if its a premier looking building? Much better options elsewhere in Dubai.”
