“Most of the reviews are clearly from agents. Before renting or buying, you should check for yourself: +The gym has 90% of its machines broken and has no air conditioning (so it’s basically unusable). +There is no swimming pool. +The building has pest infestations coming from the main service lines. You won’t be able to get rid of the hundreds of cockroaches coming through ducts and pipes. Management should fumigate… but that would require them to actually do something.”
