What one reviewer said

“Tower is nice, but it is being used to run Bed Spaces, as a result the lifts are over crowded, pool and gym facilities are over used and run down. Asteco, maintenance company, has done a lot over the last 1yr, so credit where credit is due, but I do not think they can close down bed space apartments. For that DLD has to intervene and clean up this place. Honestly, it sometimes get very uncomfortable in lifts when you see so many people needlessly stuffing themselves in with their electric scooters and stuff. If I am asked to pay premium rent, then why do I have to share the facilities with ones who don't.”

“Horrible horrible building with almost 0 maintenance, highly unclean. Be ready to wait around 15-30 mins for the elevator because they are so slow and outdated. Not to mention the clear sharing apartments for workers when it was marketed as family friendly. If you are thinking of moving into here, I URGE you to go somewhere else. Can’t wait for my contract to end so i can move.”

“Very nice spceous layout. Shared bed spaces are vacated after new government regulations. Lifts are not crowded anymore. Maintenance is better now, still there is room to improve”

“I don't recommend anyone to either buy or rent in this tower as it's a nightmare to live there. There is NO maintaince, ceilings are leaking water, the floor tiles are cracked, walls and corridors are stained, insects crawl around and no hygiene. The gym on the terrace doesn't have much equipment or machines, there are only 2 treadmills that produce weird noises and doesn't get cleaned. The swimming pool closes early at 10P.M and the sauna room hasn't been in service for a while. What is even more annoying are the people living there, the walls aren't providing noise isolation from 10 people living in the same apartment and people tend to leave their trash on the floor in the shaft rooms instead of throwing them into the shaft. I also find people parking at my spot in the garage everyday which really drives me insane. This terrible community behavior living in the tower and negligence from Asteco is very disappointing and the management isn't doing anything regarding it. What a total scam of service fees for the owners.”

“Building is in very poor condition - gets little to no attention from the management company, Asteco. My apartment leaks from the boarded up penthouse upstairs (yes imagine the stagnant water and bacteria growing up there - health hazard). Apartments have black mould. Never mind the constant lift breakdowns, the illegal room-sharing, and the general state of uncleanliness. This tower is begging for an intervention from the authorities.”

“Very bad! This building does not have its own air conditioner maintenance. The company that provides air conditioning services charges unjustified fees! Even if you don't turn on the air conditioner, at the end of the month you will receive a bill for 160 dirhams for nothing, I'm even afraid to imagine what the payment will be in hot months! Very bad, I don't recommend taking apartments in this building!”

“I have stayed in this building since when this buildng was inaugurated. In the 1st 3 years, it was wonderful, it was new, spacious layout and great balcony view. The building was purely family oriented. However from the start, the fixtures and elevator were of poor quality, like a doll house. Currently it has become unbearable. Most flats are bed spaced with 8-10 people living crammed up, and it's very uncomfortable as they are mostly males, the lift that was slow, is now slow and always crammed due to so many people living, and it's just a wasteof my money to live and not be able to use anything in the building as it's dirty and poorly maintained. And COCKROACHES! The only reason i am surviving is because my flat was brand new when i moved in and since then it's just been me in my flat. But I am moving out soon! Do not stay in this building.”

“It is a very good place to stay, and the swimming pool closes its doors from one o'clock in the afternoon for an hour every day, and this does not allow guests to go down to the swimming pool, and if you swim, they will take you out, and the security is very bad and impolite.”
