“Apartments are very small compared to other apartments in sports city,they have to imporve the cleaning of common areas. The cooridors of 15 th floor is smelling bad,don't know about other floors.From the top of the building u can get an beautiful view of victory Heights and IMPZ”

“Family building: the location is good, about a 15-minute drive to Dubai Mall. The bus station is located under the building, and the mosque is just a 2-minute walk away.”

“One of the best and cleanest building in sport city. I have lived two years and my kids are enjoyed unfortunately the owner decided to sell the apartment or re rent higher price for that reason we we moving away .The security Ali , tausif ali and cleaning team are very friendly but my owners real estate brokers are un professional and way below the standards. Just get right agent and move in highly recommended building.”
