“There are 3 major constructions happening around as of today. It is difficult getting in and out of this building during weekday especially bcos there are 3 schools around the building. Building maintenance is good”

“Eagle Heights Tower is a mix of studio, 1BHK and 2BHK apartments. Full golf course view is for apartments on the back side of the building. Mostly owned by single owners who have bought it for selling and not long term rentals so need to keep this in mind. You may be served a notice to vacate if owner wants to sell the unit which is 'normal'. Not like under real estate management where you may want to stay longer and expect renewal. Apartment sizes are decent with almost all apartments with balconies. Security of the building is good. Building common areas are cleaned regularly and are cleaner than most of the buildings. No unusual aromas which is great. Parking is available that comes with the unit. Although periodic cleaning is performed but basement parkings are pretty nasty, especially after the April-2024 heavy rains. The walls are still damp. Several inspections carried out by maintenance team and supervisors. Hope they will fix the walls soon. 3 elevators are available in the building. The middle one is service lift with padding. Never had any issues with the VTEs. A nice ramp is available for move in/out. Despite several notices for proper disposal of garbage, garbage chutes are a huge challenge. Building management should colab with building security to find the exact tenants and take appropriate action. Cameras are there to record so should be easy to identify. Pool and gym are on HC floor / roof top. Separate washrooms for m/f available along with sauna. Periodic maintenance of gym equipment is required. This building is animal friendly so adjust your expectations accordingly while taking elevators and walking in and out of the building entrance. Emicool is providing cooling services so expect extra bill on top of DEWA bill. High voltage appliances may not work some times or simultaneously causing breaker to trip. Gasline is available on subscription. Cylinder not allowed. Using cookerhood but 2 burners will not work simultaneously and cause breaker to trip. Grocery shop, pet grooming shops, kids school, mosque, restaurants etc. all available in walking distance.”

“Very bad experience of living here. Because we cant put bed,sofa,table,dressings in our appartment due to tiny lifts in it. There is no service lift in it for shifting furniture so we only have a matris for living there. That is soooo bad experience.”
