“Security are very rude and not respectful and everything is not allowed and the building is to old n crowded so much and you should be careful from the security and they sometimes are not helpful”

“Now the buildings are super old but somewhat ok maintained. Location I put 3 because of the parking problems always around that area. I mean, they build buildings and expect the tenants to have a certain amount of cars and no visitors. I mean, there is never free space parking on the street ...”

“I’ve lived in this building for two years, I give it two stars because the area is nice with many stores and easy access to roads, plus it is 30 mins walking to motor city. However, the building quality is not good at all. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors and I was unlucky to be between two apartments so I had noise from both sides! The windows are not soundproofed so you can hear all the noise from outside and when it rains it is leaking water! Plus the chiller company (emicool) is charging a lot of money for chiller (was paying 500-600 aed) monthly on a studio which was an absolute rib-off.”

“I lived her for 5 years. It is perfect for families with children. Excellent clean facilities, gym and pool. A lot of play areas and space for bikes. The only compound with commercial shops in Dubai Sports city. You have everything you need just downstairs. Big parking. Polite and helpful security.”
