“The canal area is by far the worst buildings I’ve ever come across in my whole life , it’s not recommended for living unless you don’t mind living in kinder garden and the horrific endless noise that comes with it. Literally no sleep day & night and end up getting sick frequently.”

“The building looks so beautiful from the outside but littlw bit old on the inside. Not a modern type from the inside set up. Location is quite far from the city and a bit quiet place.”

“The European Building at Canal Residence West is a beautiful and contemporary development in close proximity to the centre of Dubai. My friends live here and they particularly enjoy the two open-air pools and the modern gym facilities. There are shops and other amenities very close to the European Building, and most of the apartments have large balconies overlooking the canal area & a local golf course.”
