“The building is terribly maintained!! The sauna and steam room are constantly closed for repair, the swimming pool is missing so many tiles it's actually dangerous and for the last 2 years they have not bothered to fix the sprinklers in the garden so instead of grass it is a dirt heap, pictures attached! We try constantly to get anyone to care or change this, but it is a waste of time!”

“Amazing building to live in. I have been living here for 4 years now and can say best building in sports city. People are also so good and management is also quick to reply on queries.”

“Please I want this is building menejer because same security is very bad how i can believe my self how i can stay it's house because security bad, for what he take salary???? For what??? Only for seat seats. Why people can do jobs??? Jehangir security don't do respect and he don't do jobs for what I pay for that is building money???? Anyone don't reply???? Because write there”

“Edit - They finally managed to resolve the issue. Customer service was good, but the process was tiring (see below). The move out clearance process has been horrible. My NoC with the new chiller management company appointed by the building management is stuck since ages. The reason is even more shocking. There has been no transfer of security deposit from old company to new company yet (since more than 3-4 months). What does the tenant have to do with all of this mess and still they are dragging us into this. My security deposit for the building as well as the chiller is stuck because of this, which is very substantial.”

“The building made my clearance process uttterly hellish. They engaged with this logic utilities, a new company for chiller management; and they have no records of my payments to the previous company. I dont know how to look for the account number in my bank statements as nobody is able to tell me what account number was the payment made to as I used to make payments thru their propezy app. I am giving up on my clearance amount because I am so done with their mismanagement.”

“Very bad building. Pool is disgusting gym has barely old machines. The maintenance of the building is weak .. Elevators take forever to reach.. And the interior design is so bad..”
