“I have been living in Hamza tower for five years, one of the oldet buildings in Sports City. Spacing for apartments is so nice and the ratio of inside to outside is just amazing; no other building is providing same ratio - maybe a new building in the near future or so. Building is managed by Mr. Michael who is doing a great job specially with cleaning and maintaining order in the building. Facilities ain't the best; gym needs a whole revamp from A to Z, machine are old, no AC all the time which is a killer. Parkings on the outside area can use some covering for the poor cars under the sun, Gates can be definitely better for easier car access and so. It was a good experience for me, I started my family there and felt weird to leave it but this is life anyways, Hamza is a good building and with the management it can be better for sure.”

“Lived here for 2 years; Pros: Big layout area, chiller free. Cons: Bad MEP, infested with roaches, horrible management, bad reception by security, high service charges, sports city area will forever be under construction (not a master development), building quality is poor, gym is like a henhouse.”

“The building is old but clean and it has nice gym and maintenance team is very active It is bad to buy a unit but it is good to rent I have never seen cockroaches”

“I am here last two years in two bedroom, very spacious use full space, chiller free dewa bill maximum 400aed, Bad maintenance, Too much service fee, Security trying to make money for access card, construction quality very bad water leakage in walls/walldrobe”

“Apartments are very spacious to what is available around. Good layout. Lots of storage. Good security team. Maintenance, when around, are ok. Car washing service in the parking. Deliveries arrive and looked after. Easy on and off the main road networks. A 5-10 min walk to supermarket / pharmacy . All in all OK Some apartments a.little dated.”
