“The location of the building is nice. But building management itself is bad. When asking to fix a simple thing in a flat that by default should be fixed, you are treated as if you ask for some extra things, literally forcing the tenant to beg for it. I am so disappointed”

“We lived in this building for two years and were satisfied. Whenever something broke, they always came and fixed it the same day. The neighbors were not noisy, there were no odors in the corridors. The only thing we didn't like was the pool and gym, but that's not the most important thing. Overall, we are very satisfied with the building; from the balcony there was a luxurious view that we admired every day. I recommend this building for living.”

“Bilding maintains are poor the security system also poor can’t recommend always some one else cook or smoke in the other apartment the smell always in our house”

“A quiet and peaceful place. Excellent staff, superb service and building maintenance. Despite the building not being new, everything looks very respectable as high-quality materials were used from the start.”

“Good, quiet building, really good location, right at the exit of Sport City. It has nice gym and pool. My studio is size of a 1 bed with an amazing view. Security is very responsive when needed”

“I lived here and still will live until end of the year, when someone else cooks in their kitchen it comes directly to my house thru ac. Building management and property management is awful, apartments are cheap but it comes with "features" like this. do not recommend!”
