“The worst apartment I have ever lived in. Zero maintenance when it’s needed, I have had cracks in the walls, A/C leaking every other week, mould growing inside wall cavities and several issues with the actual communal building maintenance for years on end that have never been fixed. Not to mention there is now a horrific construction site being built right outside the back side, for months on end they have been working 24hrs a day with no valid permit, I have made several complaints to the police (they are very good at getting them to stop when needed) however point being is that having to leave your house at 2/3AM because you’re being woken up by crashing and banging noises, construction w…”

“The worst apartment I have ever lived in. Zero maintenance when it’s needed, I have had cracks in the walls, A/C leaking every other week, mould growing inside wall cavities and several issues with the actual communal building maintenance for years on end that have never been fixed. Not to mention there is now a horrific construction site being built right outside the back side, for months on end they have been working 24hrs a day with no valid permit, I have made several complaints to the police (they are very good at getting them to stop when needed) however point being is that having to leave your house at 2/3AM because you’re being woken up by crashing and banging noises, construction workers shouting, trucks coming up and down the site all whilst with no valid night permit is unacceptable and has caused significant damage to my mental wellbeing whilst living next to these conditions due to lack of sleep and constant noise pollution way above the limit that’s actually allowed by law.”

“DO NOT LIVE IN THIS BUILDING. I have lived 4 years and the maintenance is horrible they never maintain anything. They charge you 1000 AED for repaint and repair when you move out and never use it to fix anything. Recently they had a water leak in the electrical room which caused power outage for 3 days resulting in all my fish and refrigirated food to die/become rotten. When I reached out to them about this matter they did not even reply. Disgusting building and disgusting management. Can’t wait to move out. Building has so many other problems such as AC, elevators, poor gym facilities, underground parking becomes completely flooded every time it rains and much more.”

“The doorman is never at the reception. Sometimes we have got insects in the apartment. Anyway, it is quite cheap and there are many parking spaces in the neighborhood.”
