“Opposite street construction underway. Couldn’t visit on the same day mud accumulation in the streets to the front and side of the building that was cleared in a day. Fortunately the entrance and building parking are elevated. All in all a tight ship beautiful building.”

“Good building, helpful security and maintenance team. Unfortunately, hot water is not always available. Sometimes, it can be just a bit warm for days. Also, cold plunge has not been fixed since the 2024 rain in Dubai.”

“Huge apartment, enough light and fresh air, huge balcony, over all nice place to live in here. During past rain there was some issue but it was almost every where in UAE, here the management has responded very well and professionally deal with it ,,thank you”

“Worst building in Dubai, not taking care about the tenant at all . Only paid the money can't stay in the building. One drops of rain the areas and building is flooded. Not recommend to stay as thousand options are available in Dubai. No electricity,no water ,no AC , basement fully flooded from last 15 days. No action from community,just let it go . Unbelievable experience”
