“Great location, great view, friendly residents, and good security. However, the building management is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. Completely unhelpful and unreliable. I lived here for 5 years and faced water leakage every single time it rained. Each time, management claimed repairs were completed, yet the issue came back with the very next rain. I even identified the source of the leak myself, but nothing was ever done. They closed the pool for 11 months under the excuse of “fixing leakage” during the best season of the year. After the so-called full renovation, it leaked again at the next rainfall (because pool was not the issue to begin with). Even worse, only a year and a hal…”

“Great location, great view, friendly residents, and good security. However, the building management is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. Completely unhelpful and unreliable. I lived here for 5 years and faced water leakage every single time it rained. Each time, management claimed repairs were completed, yet the issue came back with the very next rain. I even identified the source of the leak myself, but nothing was ever done. They closed the pool for 11 months under the excuse of “fixing leakage” during the best season of the year. After the so-called full renovation, it leaked again at the next rainfall (because pool was not the issue to begin with). Even worse, only a year and a half later the pool is closed again, this time because tiles (renovated) are falling out. When the major flood hit, while roads outside were already blocked, management didn’t even notify residents to move their cars from the basement. The result: dozens of destroyed vehicles (see attached pictures). Happy that I finally moved out and can put this so people are aware of the issues.”

“We've visited it to check on apartment there. The entrance needs a bit of touch up (landscape mainly ). The smell in the lobby is awful (smells like pet food) so that has to be fixed. I wonder how those leaving there don't complain about it. The doors are different than the frames in the apparent we visited. The view over the residential area though it's cheerful.”
