Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. “I would not recommend renting an apartment in Uniestate Sport Tower. There is construction and renovation work going on 24/7 .making it almost impossible to get any proper sleep because of the constant noise. The building also has ongoing AC issues due to outdated equipment, and these problems are not resolved properly. On top of that, the building manager is very rude and unprofessional. In my experience, he seems to treat people differently based on their nationality, creating an unfair and unwelcoming environment. Overall, I strongly advise anyone considering renting in this building to look elsewhere until these issues are properly addressed.”

“I believe this is the only building where security has got full freedom from the management to do nothing other than sitting on chair and watch movies, be rude, arrogant to the tenants and actually doesn’t care about anything. The people from other building enters and knocks the door asking if this is J S Tower In the middle of day light luckily we don’t have such things happening at night. Unprofessional security personnel hired by the management. Anyone enters the building and knocks and goes. Maintenance of the building is well taken care by Asad, always there to help and assist.”

“Security guys are great, very supportive. Apartment maintenance was extremly low.... Rented apartment not so long ago, withing this time faced leakages more then twice (AC and expired water heater..., DEWA bills for single person reaches to 1.5k... General maintenance costed me an additional 2k), building is not new so be ready to deal with cockroaches and high DEWA receipts (used all possible chemicals from cockroaches, but still can see some). Cherry on top, construction started near building... so be prepared to live in noise at all the time (poor noise isolation)....”

“I lived there for 2 years, on the 14th floor, so very low traffic, hardly any noise from neighbors (kids, of course, but rarely). The elevators are almost never crowded, which is great. The apartment is ok, nothing fancy, if you're on a budget and looking for a decent location, this is it. Cleaning is on a regular basis. The basement parking could use some maintenance/ cleaning, there is a bad smell sometimes, but nothing major. I was glad to see there are rules against leaving shoes/water bottles/ornaments in the hallways. I can't speak for security or anybody else, for I hardly see or deal with them. Maintenance is decent. They do come when you keep calling/texting :). The only pb I had was leaking valves from the ceiling (may be particular to the 14th floor, not sure). The fire alarm used to go on a lot, now it's better. Sometimes I smell my neighbours cooking in the bathroom (many bldgs seem to have the same problem, i guess it has to do with AC ducts) The bathroom fitting is dated, but that's something you accept when you decide to move in. In hindsight I should have negotiated with the landlord some refitting to make them more functional. My landlord has been very decent. Pray that is the case for all tenants. Overall, given the rental amount in comparison with other buildings in the area, you do get value for your money.”
