“Decent residence with good view if you are facing Golf course . Pool is nice. Building is well managed in terms of cleaning and pest control. Some floors can be noisy depending upon who lives in your neighborhoods. 5 mins drive to Meaiseim City Centre. Some negatives are no food joints close by nor any supermarket. No Metro station. If you don't have a car u will suffer.”

“I have been living in the building for almost 4 years. Building is good and clean. Pool is perfect. Gym could be better. My rate was 5 stars. But, then I decided to move from 6th to 9th Floor. Here I probably found the loudest people in the Building. If you intend to move to Golf View Residence, please avoid 9th and 10th floors.”

“rental price is much higher compare to neighborhood bldgs. average bldg with spacious but very limited shared gym ( half of the equipment is out of order), big swimming pool. Living rooms are tiny”
