“Building is very old, but apartment maintained well. The Chiller bill is low and the location is good, near to the Measem city center and highway. Where is the catch? 80% of tenants/owners are careless. You can feel the garbage smell when you are passing by some apartments, therefore, cockroaches are regular visitors here. Renting an apartment here for the last 5 years and every year situation become worse and worse. Management don't do any to improve the situation. And last cherry on the cake 🍒. Every day 2-3 times a day you will have a kinder garden on the floor (in the public area). 6-8 kids shout so much that you can’t even hear TV (not even dreaming about video meetings), adding video…”

“I like the apartment and the building itself. It is clean, well-maintained, and a good place to live. However, the security staff’s behavior needs significant improvement. Instead of being professional and helpful, day shift thin guards spend too much time sitting in the lobby chairs and chatting. They also ask visitors and residential to close the entrance door themselves, which should be part of the security staff’s responsibility. When residents or guests politely ask for assistance or information, they often respond with an unfriendly attitude rather than providing helpful service. Security is not just about sitting at the front desk—it is about ensuring residents and visitors feel welcomed, safe, and respected. I hope the management provides better training and improves the professionalism and customer service of the security team.”

“This 2 star is for the building staff…not the building or apartments. My apartment is lovely and amazing, my landlord is 5 star. Lived in the same apartment for 5 years now. Unfortunately the building staff have changed and are now a complete let down. All they do is argue with me, deny me having emergency work done if I have a leak for example. I needed my car checked in the basement parking because it wouldn’t start and they kept telling I needed to get the car outside….well I can’t do that if it doesn’t start! I’ve also been asked for money from staff when I’ve asked them to help me move boxes down to the garbage room. So beware of the useless staff! Apartments are spacious and good if well looked after.”

“Went to view an apartment and my ID was held by security and was told it was the building's policy. The federal government's policy is for each resident to "Keep your ID in your possession at all times. ID card cannot be deposited at/held by any government or private entity under any circumstances." And yes, this will be escalated with the relevant authority.”

“Very overrated place Rent is crazy and funny 😄 You can get same price in better places My initial rent was 32k, old owner sold the unit, new owner of course will not accept low rent because now is 55k 😅. So he sent me out. Building itself is well maintained Apartments are old ( everything thing may collapse from kitchen and cabinets) and you maybe lucky if your chiller bill is low or else if you are not, your bills will be extremely high because AC unites are out of service Be wise thats all i can say”
