“Nice building, always clean since the owner is the famous facility management company (Khansaheb). Very quiet and family friendly. The gym is amazing, also there is a close playing are for kids, and there an open yard as well.”

“Well maintained living space with ample parking, gym, play area and 24/7 security in the residential neighborhood of Dubai Silicon Oasis. Very close to the Silicon Central Mall, Clinics, Restaurants and Supermarkets.”

“Well maintained, covered parkinf, full of security and maintenance staff, but corrisors are not air conditioned, no balconies and the building looks boring from outside”

“Pros Cheap apartments in silicon oasis. Very good parking slots Some apartments have good view. Cons No AC in the building except for your apartment. Smoking smell in the whole building. No balconies.”
