“From last 1 month i am living here. Quite satisfied with Free Parking, gym, swimming Pool. I hope next renewal rent will be less. About the utility super markets, restro, hospital's, exchanges, banks, Sahara Mall, Petrol Pump, Beach, Park, Bus and Metro all off them are very easy to reach.”

“I was one of the first tenants to shift in this building and lived here for 3 years. The first year stay was good and the real estate was also very helpful and professional. Whereas after Razooqi Real Estate took over, it was a disaster. The most unprofessional real estate I have ever experienced in Dubai. All they want is money and in case you try to raise a concern with them, they can even go the extent of abusing you and threatening you. These guys are more inclined towards fellow south Indian tenants and are biased towards them. If you are a south indian, its a good building for you to live and if not then "Bless You!" BEWARE OF THIS BUILDING”
