“I had a horrible experience living in this building. The overall quality of the building is very poor. Almost everything feels fragile and seems like it could break at any time. The cupboards are poorly built, screws come loose, and there are constant maintenance issues. The AC drain pipes frequently leaks, and during the summer, the AC often does not work properly. Even after making repeated complaints, the maintenance team rarely comes to fix the problems on time. What is even more disappointing is that tenants are charged for almost every repair, even for issues caused by poor construction or normal wear and tear. “I had a horrible experience living in this building. The overall quality of the building is very poor. Almost everything feels fragile and seems like it could break at any time. The cupboards are poorly built, screws come loose, and there are constant maintenance issues. The AC drain pipes frequently leaks, and during the summer, the AC often does not work properly. Even after making repeated complaints, the maintenance team rarely comes to fix the problems on time. What is even more disappointing is that tenants are charged for almost every repair, even for issues caused by poor construction or normal wear and tear. For example, when the screws on the kitchen cabinets became loose, and kitchen sink was blocked we were asked to pay to have them fixed. Before moving in, many things in the apartment were already damaged, yet we were expected to pay for repairs. Another example was the balcony mosquito screen door. It was missing when we moved in. Despite complaining many times, it took nearly two months before they finally installed it. Overall, the management and maintenance service are extremely poor, and we are very dissatisfied with our experience. This is our fourth residential building in the UAE, and we have never experienced such poor quality, slow maintenance, and lack of customer service anywhere else. I would not recommend this building to anyone. Don’t fall for the fake good reviews. I wish I could give negative stars.”
