They are very disrespectful to the residents even when you go for renewals, they neither have reception nor door bell, one has to stand outside like beggers calling, explaining why you are here then they will open the door and tell you to wait as manager is busy (always in meetings).
They charge 5% maintenance fee but even for smalest thing you will be asked to arrange, don't know what are they charging tenants in terms of maintenance fee.
They keep increasing rent every year, when you try to negotiate they are like owner is not agreeing.

“We had no choice but to renew our rent this year. However, we strongly advise families considering Al Nahda 2 to avoid Abdull Tower 1.
The maintenance is very poor — almost every day, the hallway and elevator air conditioning is switched off. Instead of addressing the issue properly, the management opts to use stand fans, which is both inconvenient and unprofessional.
While the lobby has been renovated, the elevators and glass panels remain dirty and outdated. Despite the high rent, the building offers no amenities like a gym or swimming pool.
This will definitely be our last year living here.”

“Poor Management and No Maintenance
I strongly advise anyone considering a flat here to check the reviews first. The building management is extremely poor—no maintenance work is ever done. When issues arise, they simply tell tenants to fix things themselves, despite the fact that the contract clearly states that maintenance is included in the rent.
This is completely unfair and misleading. The management seems more focused on money rather than providing proper service to residents. If you’re planning to move in, be aware of these issues before making a decision.”

“The building is good, clean and quite but the management is not, especially the real state agents. They're nice at first to close the deal but after that it's difficult to communicate with them, their costumer service is super bad.”

“The management is just interested to loot your money. Nobody will ever comeback to this apartment after staying there. Your security deposit will not be return they will charge you 10x of the cost, example shower curtain you can buy 25aed but thier charge is 200aed, cleaning 800aed, pest control 200aed even they did not make pest control in your unit, painting 1200aed for 2 bedroom, this is just a sample.
Thats why they are charging more than 7% of your annual rent. IN SHORT THEY ARE SCAMMER. Dont expect any amenities based on there advetisement.
SO PLEASE I WARN YOU BASE ON MY EXPERIENCE DONT CHOOSE THIS BUILDING YOU WILL REGRET IT.”

“Very tiny rooms and ugliest bathrooms with overpriced rent, no ammenities, no pool, no gym, no nothing else to offer from this building. Built with very cheap materials. Worst building maintenance service ever, building always getting repaired, I think this building is literally falling apart, might not be the safest place to leave in. On top of it all, they have the worst ever building management and employees to deal with, yes beware they will really take advantage of you and your hard earned money, I have tons of negative things to tell just to help you all not to choose this building and those are based all on my first hand experience. Ofcourse, we already left Abdulla Tower 1.”
