“Nice and clean Building but rent keeps on increase every year. To let tenants in, they give an initial discount and then gear up every year. It has a gym and pool. At times, parking for 1BHK tenants becomes hard to find if u arrive late in the evening.”

“I used to live there for one year , the building is terrible , every week there is a false alarm , so important dirty , madness people are lazy”

“Nice clean building with gym and pool. Pool depth is 5.5 meters and gym has also average equipment. Managed by Rocky Real Estate, complaints can be logged through their mobile app as well. Lot of Indian eateries nearby with Grand Masjid, Zulekha Hospital and Pond park as well. Easy access to RTA buses and about 15 minutes walk to Sahara Mall.”
