“Its a really good apartment, you have a playground, pool and gym and a nice and clean apartments (one or two bedrooms i think) the lobby is nice and 2 basement parkings with one ground parking off to the side of the building.”

“‼️BE AWARE WITH ROCKY REAL ESTATE‼️ Security deposit looter for no reason Secondly There is biggest problem of AC, It does not work in common areas , lobby, basement nowhere even in extreme hot condition. There is always issue with AC maintenance Only good thing is Security Gaurd, they are very humble and helpful people.”

“The Al-Malik Building is exceptionally well-maintained and very user-friendly. The management and security staff are always helpful and attentive, which really makes a difference for both residents and visitors. The common areas are clean, organized, and easy to navigate, giving the whole place a welcoming feel. I often visit a friend who lives here, and every time I’m impressed by how calm and pleasant the environment is. Honestly, it’s one of those places you just enjoy being around even if it’s just to hang out and admire how nice it looks.”
