Ghantoot Tower is an apartment building in Al Nahda, Dubai. There is a gym. Within 800 metres there are 83 places to eat, 43 shops and 23 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as very walkable.
“Living in Ghantoot Tower has been an absolute pleasure, and it’s high time I shared why this place feels like a true home. If you are looking for a blend of comfort, security, and top-tier management, this is it.
The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, but what truly sets this building apart is the people who run it. It’s rare to find a management team that actually cares about the tenant experience, but the team here goes above and beyond every single day.

From Google Reviewers
Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

Exceptional Management :-
A huge shoutout to Mr. Johann Gonsalves. From day one, Johann has been the gold standard of professionalism.
Approachability: He is always available to listen and actually follows through on requests.
Expertise: His management style is seamless, making the administrative side of living here completely stress-free.
Support: He handles every situation with a calm, solution-oriented mindset that makes us feel truly valued as tenants.
Unmatched Security & Care :-
I also want to extend my deepest gratitude to our security staff, Benjamin and Robert. Feeling safe is one thing, but feeling cared for is another. They provide unconditional support, whether it's a small daily greeting or helping out with building access. They are incredibly vigilant and professional, ensuring the tower remains a peaceful environment for all of us. Their friendly demeanor makes a world of difference when coming home after a long day.
If you want a home where you aren't just a "unit number," Ghantoot Tower is the place to be. Between Johann’s leadership and the dedicated support from Benjamin and Robert, the living experience here is second to none.
Highly recommended! ❤️”

“I lived here until August 2025 and had a positive experience under the old management. However, the transition to the new management has been a nightmare for tenants. They immediately imposed a 30% rent increase on existing contracts, effectively forcing many residents to vacate.
Worse, I returned my unit in perfect condition, and they initially agreed to refund my security deposit. Now, six months later - after countless follow-ups and visits -
they have informed me they are withholding the entire amount. Their justification is that they had to paint the unit for the next tenant; a standard turnover cost that should never be deducted from a resident’s deposit. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you value fair treatment and financial transparency.”
