“*Flats with cracks in all rooms and everywhere. Bugs and cockroaches come to your flat from these cracks and from outside no mater how clean you try to keep your flat. *Maintenance service is very bad. *No voice insulation between the rooms and the corridor outside the flat. Neighbours spend the night up with loud music and *No security although they have cameras that they can open if any problem happens. *Although it's sent is relatively lower than surrounding flats, it is not worth it I don't recommend it to you at all. You will spend the difference on cleaning, pest control and your health.”
