“There is a lot of noise in the corridor of kids playing, eating and throwing trash.When ever we try to complain about this to the management and security they keep telling us to write a mail containing pictures of the dirty corridors. From last 1 year we keep sending mails but not a single action has been taken from the management and security.”

“Maintenance Policy: - Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM No Maintenance on Saturday & Sunday Call center availability: - 9 AM to 4 PM working between Monday. to Friday. No weekend calls entertained on emergency basis too. Unfortunately, the rental house is plagued by a distinct lack of professionalism and a consistently poor attitude towards property management. The management team, comprised of individuals who display a clear disregard for tenants' concerns, consistently fails to address maintenance issues and provide timely responses to inquiries. Communication is virtually non-existent, leaving tenants feeling ignored and undervalued. One of the most concerning aspects of the management's attitude is their dismissive behavior towards tenants' complaints and requests. They often downplay or outright ignore legitimate concerns regarding essential repairs or maintenance, which significantly impacts the quality of living for the residents. This disregard for tenant satisfaction creates an environment of frustration and helplessness, as residents are left to deal with persistent issues on their own. Furthermore, there is a lack of transparency when it comes to rental policies and procedures. The management team fails to provide clear guidelines and fails to address issues related to lease agreements, rent payments, or security deposits promptly. This ambiguity creates an atmosphere of uncertainty and erodes trust between the tenants and management. In addition to their dismissive behavior, the management team demonstrates a lack of accountability for their actions. They often fail to take responsibility for their mistakes, providing excuses or shifting blame instead of proactively resolving problems. This behavior fosters a sense of frustration and powerlessness among the residents, who feel their concerns are not being taken seriously. Overall, the bad attitude management exhibited by the rental house team is characterized by poor communication, dismissiveness, lack of transparency, and a general lack of accountability. These negative traits severely impact the overall tenant experience, leading to frustration, dissatisfaction, and an environment that is far from conducive to comfortable living.”

“STATUTORY WARNING - beware of the CHILLER BILL... Main minus of this building they ripp you off with their personal chiller bill apart from regular monthly DEWA.... IF you complain there's no use the manager is very rude he'll ask you to leave the premises if you have a problem with their terms...... The building is stylish .... View is awesome if you are on manazar Beach side....building maintenance is quiet good...... However Sound proofing of flats is bad you can hear next apartment noises in your house.... This is purely based on my 4 year staying experience..... Wish the owners know how the building management treats clients”

“Wonderful place, stunning location facing Mushrif Lake, the most beautiful place I've lived in, it has its own special nature. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful place. Spacious rooms, excellent maintenance service, all the staff there are wonderful.”

“We were tenants for 5 years and we loved this tower with the flat and all the facilities we had. The finishing of the building is super and rooms are cosy. Their only problem is the management who should be more understanding and flexible and avoid the tuff way in dealing with people. I still give this tower 5 stars because of the good memories we had.”
