“This 2 star is because of the connectivity it have to the near by supermarkets, hostipals and bus stops and good room or else i would have rate it to the lowest because of the poor maintenance of this building. I also noticed that it was before a good option for the people because of the previous owner and management after it is bought by the current owner they are not paying attention to this building major 2 issues 1) lift issues, most of the floor are missing with one of the lift buttons to go up or down and half of the time one of the lift is under maintenance. The one which is always under maintenance have only the capacity to carry 4 to 5 persons at a time that also without any extra luggage. If you press floor 7th then floor 8 and 9 also gets red and the lift stops on all that floor too if no one wants to get down on that floors, it is very frustrating and others have to wait for a very long time for the lift to get them to their respective floor or the one who is waiting outside the lift who wants to go down same goes with the 9th floor button you press it and the 10 11 12 and R floor gets red and the lift stops there and it is not the issue for one lift it goes for both of the lifts. Most of the time people use to walk the stairs instead of waiting for it. 2) Despite of doing pest control every month twice by the building maintenance we still see cockroaches in our kitchen we keep our kitchen very clean but still the coackroaches from outside or other rooms or drainage pipes it enters our house everytime we clean our rooms and kitchen. If you have family dont come to stay here because if the agents is saying it is family bldg no it is not. Please read reviews before choosing a new home.”

“The worst building in this area is Fire and lift They do not maintain it. Lift complaint has not been done for years. Even if there is a medical emergency, it will be a big problem.”

“Hard to live here because of I m typing right now time is 02:43 I can't sleep with my family (Looking human )animal r barking around near parking to loud sound like I m not living here I pay for living not free next. “It's good been living here .. Super Market, Money Exchange, Hotels, Mosque, Pharmacies, Metro Station, Park everything is at walking distance .. Building is also with with basic needs .”

“I wrote a review about 3 to 4 weeks ago but it was deleted by the management or someone who can’t accept my review deleted the truth. If anyone is reading this, I want you all to know that the building has been at its worst for the previous months. For half a year, only one lift/ elevator is working. The management had mentioned that it will be fixed soon, but their soon is not really soon. If you are planning to move here, just know that this building is not the type of the building that you will be happy to live in. We will just finish our contract here and kalas! If there is only a negative rating, I would give this building a negative score. Sadly, 1 star is the lowest.”
