“Dont fall into scam. Dont trust agents. Its cost is Rent + maintenance+ health+ mental peace!!! Very and condition. All doors termites. They just paint over. Seepage in walls Smelly drains toilets. Only good thing is location. Rest all is unbearable. Worst part is dealing with management. Very insensitive. Just pay pay. pay. And keep fixing everymonth drain lights sewerage... etc... with ur money. Even geasers heaters lights pay for clogged drains .. anything .. lose ur peace of living .. if contract is made u cant leave b4 one year.. previous management was atleast listening but Home plus . Esp venessa... its living a nightmare !”

“Home for termites n roaches! Place for allergies! The management team under Vanessa is pathetic and refuses to take any responsibility for the tenants are forced to pay for every single repair out of pocket—they even charge just to clear a clogged drain. Termite-infested doors and severe water seepage that recurs every few months. This constant dampness makes the paint peel and fall, pay for the repainting ourselves.????? Srsly These conditions are unhygienic and inhumane, with the seepage leading to mosquito and cockroach infestations that are making children and pets sick. What seems like standard rent ends up costing much more because you have to fund every repair yourself.”

“Hi All, Please don't waste your money on this building its a useless building with zero maintenance support other buildings at Al Nahda 2 not take charges for maintenance and also they are taking so high maintenance charges they have so much attitude if we complain and saying any thing for maintenance if you don't want to live here leave the apartment so request don't support this building and whole building apartments front & kitchen doors are full of termites have attached the recent picture please check and every year increasing the rent.”

“Worst building with full of termites. Owner and maintainance team not bothering to provide support for this. Worst building with too worst maintainance. Termites coming again and again and no one cares from owners.”

“I am living in this building from last 7 months....It is my worst experience to bear this building's pthatic mantinence, non cooperative watchman. Above all the AC needs service after every 25 days otherwise its become heater and AC water keeps on dripping from kitchen . Washrooms are smely and AC air gives smell of severage.”

“Wort building they won't return the deposit money, they will give the flat with most complain and they will charge from us while cancelling our contract,this building have not maintaining pest control services, please don't prefer this building...”

“Been 6 months since I left. Never got my security deposit. They keep ignoring. Do not rent from this building. Bad management, zero maintenance done. Bad A/C quality and filled with cockroaches and bathrooms that smell of sewage. Worst possible management. Save yourself the pain and look elsewhere.”
