“Positive: Large rooms, loads of cupboard space, 2BHK has 3 bathroom, store room, family friendly. Negatives: extremely poor maintenance and services by the real estate company, pool is not working most times, very very bad cockroach problem (did many times pest control and no use), finish of flooring, ceiling and doors are poor (gaps between door n frames, uneven tiles, poor quality finishing), kitchen is small size, no dedicated space for fridge. Lack of sun light in to the apartment. Not chiller free. They started charging for parking after 1st year.”

“I ve been living her for 6-7 years and still cont. maintenance is very poor.. Room is very large and Everything is quiet good”
