“Worst Building Zero Facilities No GYM - all equipment broken Full of Bachelors Filthy & Dirty Lift / No Cleanliness Entrance - Bachelor's sitting on the staircase & smoking Watchman - they are at home; nobody sits at the reception, only riders and delivery people sit there. Avoid if ur family, but if Bachelor is a good place to stay, Partition is available for AED 1500/-”

“Dirty Building, you will find Empty Teacup in the lift & Water bottles Bachelors are making the building worse. Watchmen are sleeping in their rooms instead of sitting in the reception area. Please try to avoid this building. Too Many Sublease Lifts are always busy due to bachelors The gym is there for sleeping mostly JSCOM Maintenance team sleeps there. All equipment is broken.”

“Building is in good locations But the building health is deteriorating day by day Too many partitions & bachelors Building is dirty Watchman are hard to find Reception u can see outsider like delivery boys On entrance u will find bachelors sitting sipping tea & cigarettes. Pls make this buildings for Family”
