“these guys are playing with customers every time. All employees think their are above law. There is no consideration of rental index or DLD. Increasing rates as per them and no customer service. Their think it is their own property, Message to management What goes around comes around…….. Very bad service….. Never trust these guys. There are new charges admin fee,if rent is not increase as rental index they say u have to pay admin charges ,which is implemented from 2025. And it s as per DLD…… Don’t make deal with these management……”

“Good place for living. I stayed over there for around 1 year. NMC hospital, bus stand and other facilities are very near and within walking distance.”

“AC is totally not working in the whole building, it is like an oven inside, when you speak to maintenance, they inform that this is how the AC work and there isnno solution.”
