“Zero stars for this building and management. The rooms are good but the building has zero sound proofing. You will hear your neighbors closing windows and flushing their toilets. You’ll hear the kids running thumping sound from above and next flats. If you are looking for a peaceful stay avoid this building. Management gives no response to complaints and every year they’ll increase a chunk of the rent. The landlord is good but the management isn't.”

“Very bad and poor maintenance. You have to call several times maintenance team coz every week something or the other needs repair. They just dupe and cheat customers by saying that this is the best affordable building. Sorry to say but this building does not have good family crowd. Better check nearby buildings coz they are giving good discount also 1 month free.”

“The tower is clean and spacious, but there are no nearby services and the property management company responsible for rentals in the tower is not cooperative at all.”

“If you are looking for apartment with gym and pool then it's a bad choice as their pool timimgs for ladies are 9 am to 1 pm with no shade in and around pool and security guard doesn't even know swimming. In the gym out of 10 mechines 4 of the are not working for last 6 years . To top it all there're kids who are playing with machines or run ing around .”
