“I just moved into a new apartment building, and I have to say, it’s been a good experience so far. From the beginning, the management was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and making the leasing process simple. The building itself is clean, well-kept, and the elevators and common areas are always maintained. Security seems solid, and I feel safe living here. The neighbors are nice too, which makes settling in easier. So far, it feels like a comfortable and convenient place to live. Whenever I’ve needed help, the staff has been quick to respond, which makes the whole experience much less stressful.”

“Nice, there's a grocery store downstairs at the back but apartments are exposed to neighbors from the kitchen and balcony sides. Suitable for young people and liberal families, but conservative families won't be comfortable there. You and your neighbors can see each other, and the bedrooms don't have curtains to block the light.”

“The apartment is spacious but the location is not well-known to many drivers and staff members ask you to contact the Arabic-speaking employee on WhatsApp if you ask about anything related to the booking and if you arrive at the airport it's better to check your email so you can contact the Arabic-speaking employee and send him a photo of your passport because they won't let you in unless you message them. The Arabic-speaking employee and the garbage stay at the door and they won't remove it unless you ask them to even though they're charging 400 for cleaning.”

“TOBACCO SMELL coming through the central AC system in the middle of the night!!! So you and your family members wake up from it and when complained, receptionist says “I’m new here” and doesn’t help you much. I had to call several times to follow up. The only solution he offered was to send a technician us at 5am 😮 We’ve been facing this issue on and off since July this year and still nothing is done to block the smells coming from other units. Moved in when the building was just handed over, so snagging and minor issues were acceptable somehow. 3 years down the line, we are still facing the same issues as in year 1. I’d hoped RP Heights would’ve figured it out by now. - the bathroom sewage smell still remains - garbage smell by the main entrance is still there - all sort of smells (cooking, smoking) pass through the central AC system - doors and opening windows are not sealed properly allowing hot air in from outside - Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night cuz someone cooking or smoking”
