“great place for a relaxing walk, with plenty of nice coffee shops to stop by and enjoy the atmosphere. During the Shopping Festival season, it’s a perfect spot to watch the fireworks, which makes the experience even more special. The location is very convenient as it’s right next to the mall, so you can easily combine shopping, coffee, and a pleasant walk in one visit. Highly recommended for an enjoyable evening out! In winter take a jacket”

“Marsa Plaza is a hidden gem in Dubai. Spacious apartments with modern finishes, excellent maintenance, and very peaceful surroundings. The staff are professional and always supportive. Great for families, with schools, malls, and entertainment close by. Highly recommend Thank you Issam Zalaf”

“The reception staff is unsuitable, as if he doesn't want you to rent. First he told us the apartment is available, then he said it's booked, then he said they don't have any apartments for rent. His manner was awful. I don't recommend dealing with them.”

“They took 1300 AED from me as a security deposit and told me it would be returned to you, and since then it hasn't been returned and they don't have a cleaning service. Their services are very bad, the reception staff treatment is very bad.”

“Very nice residence and area but unfortunately the outdoor air quality in the morning is very poor and polluted with sewage smell, even the sewage smell is inside the apartment coming from A/C unit during night. Landscaping work is poorly managed, many workers working for many hours even in weekends generating loud noise.”
