“Corrupt management I’m an Engineer from well known Jacob international Comapny having almost around the world all big project handling Comapny. Im living in the ss lootah real state al rigga bldng the owner are not ready to renew the flat so he told me I’m leaving the flat. this I’m talking about 504 flat. I told him wait don’t cancel the flat will both go and make it on my name. When initially we went to real state there is a person name Rashid not looking manager but as per the management he’s the manager. When we start discussion he accept and take my documents so we’re happily get back I take day leave from Comapny for this. Morning the owner of the flat WhatsApp me that rashid call me and asking me for 10000 AED to convert the flat to the new tenants otherwise no. Then after that Rashid again call and meeting him But still they have some issue about under the table payment. I told him I’m straight forward I’m Giving rent, why I give under the table money to rashid or anyone. This is very big story but In short in next week Rashid the manager give it to one Punjabi guy this all related to Rashid doing under the table business. I have my family my parents have to come. Now that Punjabi guy offered me to stay with us in sub lease I rejected. So in this case I’m ready to set to discuss with management but not with rashid any one above Rashid. Ss lootah family the high profile and respectable family and they need to settle well professional stuff specifically in management.”

“We are requesting for Painting my flat since 1 month..am following up.. they just not answering me query properly and always saying we Will inform maintenance but no one is showing up either getting back to us on the status N we are like waiting waiting... feeling worst response and responsibility maintenance management has towards the tenant 🫤😕😡😡😡 firstly there is so much if waiting time on calls...or it keeps ringing ringing no one answers ..if answered, each time different lady is answering the calls and each time I have explan what is my concern and request..it's annoying...🥺🥺 Not fair service provided for the tenants 😕”

“Worst ever experience. Their guy Ayush is extremely rude and doesn’t have ethics to talk to customers. It seems that we went to beg from him or getting the apartment for free. He doesn’t even respond to your greetings and seems always angry on something. May that’s the way he was raised but definitely not a right fit for this position. Stay away from this agency. Their building’s security guards and cleaners are rude and uncouth too. Poor management overall.”
