“Hi Guys .. for anybody owning an apartment in this ( historic ) unrealistic tower , let’s make a what’s up group! I have purchased an apartment here since 2007 .. & now , after 18 years , tower is incomplete & I don’t think it will ! The construction & the project old & new managers are playing a dirty game , & I think we should take it legally to take back our rights & the compensation for 18 years of blocked money !! & I don’t know how the muncipality of Dubai is kept silent for this Scandal !! It’s really funny & deceiving!!”

“Hi Guys .. for anybody owning an apartment in this ( historic ) unrealistic tower , let’s make a what’s up group! “Building construction is over however it's not handed over yet. There seems to be some internal work still in progress. At least there are lights at the parking level and in few apartments, which means it's not abandoned. Actual construction started in 2007”
