“I used to live in this building and can say that it was a very pleasant experience. The apartment offered beautiful views of Burj Khalifa and Bay Square Park, and it was located on the quiet side of the building, so there was no nearby construction, no road noise, and almost no disturbance — which is quite rare for the Business Bay area.
The location was excellent. It was about a 5-minute walk to Downtown and Dubai Mall, and around 10 minutes to DIFC. There were many cafés and good restaurants nearby, making the neighborhood very comfortable for everyday living.

“We would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of the security staff at Reva Residence on Saturday at approximately 2:00 PM.
Our RERA-licensed real estate agent attended Unit 2115 together with the tenant, who had already signed the Tenancy Contract and was scheduled to move into the apartment that day. They were instructed by the property owner to collect the keys, inspect the unit, and complete the move-in process. The tenant was carrying the signed Tenancy Contract as proof of her authorization.
Despite presenting the signed Tenancy Contract, the security staff refused to review the document and denied them access to the building, stating that the contract "might be fake." This resulted in our agent and the tenant waiting for approximately two hours, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
During the incident, another member of the security team acknowledged that the tenant had the right to access the unit because she had a valid signed Tenancy Contract. However, the Security Supervisor, Mr. Ali, continued to refuse access without reviewing the documentation and repeatedly dismissed our agent's attempts to explain the situation in an unprofessional manner.
As a RERA-licensed real estate brokerage, we always carry the necessary documentation and follow the proper procedures when assisting our clients. While we fully support the importance of security protocols, it is equally important that valid documents are reviewed before access is denied.
We respectfully request that this incident be investigated and that appropriate guidance be provided to the security team to ensure that legitimate tenancy documents are properly verified and that licensed real estate professionals and tenants are treated with professionalism and respect. This will help prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future and improve the overall customer experience.”

“Building is not well maintained, fire alarm goes off twice a week in the middle of the night. Garage gate has been broken for almost a year and they never bothered fixing it.”

The building itself was also very convenient. Inside the building there was a grocery store, a laundry service, and both men’s and women’s beauty salons.
The building had great amenities: a fully equipped gym, a beautiful resort-style swimming pool with sunbeds in the water, a sauna and steam rooms, a landscaped courtyard, a barbecue area, and covered parking. Everything was clean and well maintained.
Overall, it was a very comfortable place to live, especially if you work in DIFC or often spend time in Downtown. Everything you need is just a few minutes away.”

“Damac Reva residence- it was my first experience in bussines Business Bay Area, Reva is very very close to everywhere, a lot of grocery Resturant, bus, metro especially downtown and Dubai mall only 8-10minutes by walk. So first the area is very good, but little bit noice of cars at night, But there is one nuance Appartments in Reva or Vera one bedroom it’s like a studio, not one bedroom, so it means one bed Appartment it’s good for only one person. Reception girl from Philippines she’s so good and kind, and security’s also. I highly recommended this building and this area for luxury living😍”

“Pool is never work. Management always say that it is not their problem and ask us to call to Damac, to loams etc. They are not responsible for anything.
All problems you should solve by your self. Name of the manager Kumar”
