“Water from the shower is too hot during summer due the way water supply system is designed in this building, no matter whether you use it at 4:00 AM early morning, or 11:00 PM at late night, or 9:00 AM in the morning. It's hard to have a bath during summer in this building.”

“Extremely rude security!! Went for an apartment viewing today & the security was difficult to talk to. He’s impolite and doesn’t actually know how to talk to people. Argues over anything. For the building it was old and dirty from the lobby, elevator and the apartments.”

“I have an issue with the building management, they are slow to reply to emails, never get back to me about maintenance issues. Birds poop all over my exterior balcony and they complain when I clean it but it has been a month now they have no solution. I ask them to schedule routing maintenance after 4pm due to my work and yet every single time they schedule me for 2pm...they simply do not care as a property management company. My windows are thin and I get woken up by the race cars on marasi drive (no speed cameras) at 2am and the noise fromt he 24 hour cafe across the street. Nobody is renting for more than 125k per year! Check the new contracts on Bayut and see for yourself, stop accepting extortionate rents! Old tenants are paying average 100k. Sounds from racing cars on Marasi drive is very loud at night and you can hear it from the windows.”

“The location is OK, but the building is old and with very cheap material used, it often creates issues: AC leaks /noise, water leaks from the roof, cabinets falling apart...The basement parking has some pipe leaks which drops liquids onto the cars and stain them, but the management is not doing anything about it. And finally, always take photos and videos for the move-in report, because ENI will do their best to refurbish their cheap apartments at the tenants expenses! My advice: run away and don't rent there if you don't want nasty surprises in the end...”

“I have been complaining about noise made by garbage collection truck at midnight. It has been more than a year, the management has not yet done anything to resolve the issue. If you are living at lower floor, get ready for the huge noise at midnight disturbing your sleep.”

“Be careful while renting an apartment in this building. Managed by probably worst ranked real estate management company. Stayed not more than 1 year in this building and AED2900 was deducted as painting, fumigation and other charges. It’s been two months I have vacated the apartment; I am still struggling to get my refund of rental deposit.”
