“The worst building worst management in sharjah They dont answer your calls they are bad in maintenance the worst elevator you could ever imagine 40 minutes to have a chance to enter the elevator. Today is 15th of April there is no water in the whole building without further notice and they are saying water will come tomorrow only. Smell of the building is bad everything is bad im just waiting for my contract to finish so I can run aways from this building and management dont ever think of it donttttt Last update 5th of July 2025 Still elevator is not working”

“Al Mamzar Tower 2 is a modern high-rise in the Al Taawun area, offering spacious apartments with good amenities like basement parking, fast elevators, and 24/7 security. The location is ideal — close to supermarkets, Mamzar Beach, Sahara Centre, and has easy access to Dubai. The building is family-friendly with nearby schools and a calm neighborhood vibe. However, traffic congestion during peak hours and limited parking can be an issue. Maintenance quality varies, so it’s best to check the unit thoroughly before renting. Overall: A good choice for families and professionals, especially for those commuting to Dubai.”
