“Living at Al Sharhan Building has been a mixed experience. The building is situated in a convenient location, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and dining options, which is a big plus for daily convenience. The apartments are spacious and have a practical layout, providing a comfortable living space. The management team is friendly and generally responsive, which adds to the overall positive experience. Maintenance staff do a good job of keeping common areas clean and addressing issues, albeit sometimes with a delay. However, there are several areas where Al Sharhan Building could improve. Noise can be a problem, especially from the street and neighboring apartments, which can be disruptive. Additionally, the building's decor and fixtures are somewhat dated, making the place feel less modern than it could be. Parking is another challenge, with limited spaces often making it difficult to find a spot during peak hours. The Wi-Fi connection, while available, can be inconsistent and frustrating for those who rely on it for work or streaming.
