“Apart from being at the bottom of Dubai Mall, it has hardly any positive aspects. We stayed with our family for a month. The windows were very thin, construction noise never stopped, the pool was excessively small, and there was a pest problem in the kitchen and bathroom.”

“Been waiting for 45 minutes. The reception itself has no idea what's going on and we're supposed to take care of things ourselves. We only got a phone number and nobody answers. That's a great way to start your vacation… :( never again”

“The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible.front desk guys were worst and indifferent.We were annoyed by the sound and alarm start at the 7 in the morning.I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.”

“Honestly the place is clean and close to everything, but we were annoyed—annoyed by the noise and the alarm from 6 AM every half hour. The little ones, poor things, wake up startled by the sound.”
