“I am very happy living in The 9 Tower (Business Bay), which is managed by Soliving Property Management. The security staff, especially Abhilash, is always very helpful. The maintenance team is also supportive, and the building is consistently neat and clean. Overall, it has been a great living experience.”

“Great location, spacious, clean with canal and Burj khalifah view. Walkable distance to souk Al Bahar, Dubai fountain and boulevard. Swimming pool with the Canal view”

“Horrible management when SO living took over. SBK was way better. They are increasing rent ridiculously without taking into consideration DLD index, they are also evicting 2 bedroom apartment tenants under the pretense that they want to “renovate”. They do not take care of the building properly. Elevators sometimes lose air conditioning, some buttons on certain floors do not work. Recently they removed visitor parking even though they have tons of parking spots in the building and now they’re acting like a parking police. In case you have your car being fixed in the garage, you come back to find your parking spot blocked. It’s not that they’re protecting your parking spot, they just don’t want other people to benefit from an empty parking spot and they want to charge people more for any extra spot. You get questioned all the time by the security as if you are in prison (it’s not their fault though they’re being told to do so). They are so profit oriented, extremely stingy, very rude, and zero consideration to their tenants. It just keeps on getting worse”

“Building management So Living doesn't respect the people. They ignored my emails, hang off my calls. Still not refunding my security deposit for almost 3 months. They told me to come to office to get refund, but when I visited their business bay office, it was shut down. Don't get conned by them.”
