The Lofts is a development of two towers in Downtown Dubai, Dubai. The towers are The Lofts East and The Lofts West, the tallest of them 39 storeys. Emaar Properties completed it in 2009. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. The nearest Metro is Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall, about 6 minutes on foot, with the Dubai Trolley Station 3 tram stop 11 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 59 places to eat, 9 shops and 5 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 84k a year for a studio.

“I lived there for an year and didn’t see any defaults and everything is soo perfect I loved it the swimming pool the gym and kids playing room are just wow”

“Hello emaar management, a delivery boy came to the loft West Tower as you can see that video, and you can read the caption, the security guard through ID card of delivery boy, which is very disrespectful. I request to the management. Please check the CCTV video and give the punishment to do that. This is disrespectful. We are living in Dubai. Dubai is peaceful country and everyone have to be respectful with everyone.”

“Avoid renting here at all costs if you can. I rented for a year, biggest mistake of my life. Monthly fire alarms at the worst times possible, during the night at 3AM or 10AM - every single month almost. Amenities such as pool and gym not taken care of. The noise pollution from construction within the building and outside are ongoing nonstop and nobody cares to solve it:”
