“Worst building ever, security is useless and they never help you. Rooms are really pathetic and you have to wait for lift for atleast 10 mins. Long queues. Security guards will always disappoint you as if they don't care. AC doesn't work in whole building, cockroaches are everywhere and no cleaning. Whole building is over crowded and soon Dubai government should take action to remove there illegal partitions. I will never recommend you to shift in Rabwah 1 or Rabwah 2 Building”

“Worst building to stay in Al Barsha. No AC for 2 months in SUMMER! AC leaking every month. Over crowded building with only 2 lifts. And most of the time the lift is in maintenance. Pool and gym always closed useless facility. Not worth to stay in this building. And they still have the audacity to raise the rent every year. You ask for maintenance you need to remind them everyday for it. They say maintenance free but after leaving the building they will charge you a lot for the damaged item. 1 bulb will cost you AED 200 for the bulb replacement. Dirty hallway garbage chute always smelling plenty of cockroach in the building. I work in mall of emirates but I rather stay in Al Nadah than stay here.”

“The current management B U H properties who is managing the building are the worse ever,, most of tenants are complaining of the AC which is not working but they are not coming to fix, I personally contacted them so many times, in vain,, please the owner of this nice building must suspend the contract with this Uncomfortable management,, now it's June 2023 an very hot, but they don't want to fix the AC problem,”
