“Excellent place of stay where u feel more like 🏠 home.. adding to the home feel apartment apartment from the facilities , was Mr Hussain, Manager of the property with fluent Tamil....😊 Being very near to the Metro station & Tram makes travelling easier...👍 Just opposite to the stay is Dubai Marina which is scenic & has lot of options for a good walk as well as to fill ur tummy with yummy food 😋”

“The night view is beautiful, and it's very close to the metro station - only a one-minute walk. However, the building's soundproofing doesn't seem very good. I was once woken up at 2 AM by the noise of a party from upstairs (or neighbors).”

“I have been living here since 2021 and in the last 2 years the security guards are not competent at all, you complain about noise they are unable to do anything, even telling us to the point that whoever is making noise outside at night is in more numbers than them so they are afraid to go and speak with them... also a person is feeding the birds everyday during midday in front of our building which attracted a lot of pidgeons to our building and no one does anything because according to them is outside of the building... but in fact is affecting the building facades as all are dirty because of these pidgeons...”
